If drivers like her could annually make 1/10,000 of what you just spent on automated driving technology to push drivers like her out of the industry maybe she'd be in an even better position to move forward in life.

Must rein in Call center. It's rouge. People from the call center initiate rides then call you pretending to be Uber Support. They are but they call you to get your account info and put their bank info to steal your money. I am sure they charge riders different money then they display to the drivers then take the difference. I hear from riders that they complain about excessive pricing. Like for a 3 mile trip rider said if she wanted a car faster she should pay $23.
